We select the fabrics that best fit the functionality of the garments.
Before starting production we offer samples to test its quality and design physically.
Once we have the first samples in our hands, we focus on improving the product in terms of design, materials and fit.
CUTTING
Our factory is equipped with the latest technology in cutting systems.
PRINT and EMBROIDERY
We work with the latest technology, providing a wide range of alternatives, generating high quality solutions and designs, using fashionable and environmentally friendly materials.
SEWING
Starting with handling, it is the most important and initial step of production. TheOneFashion has its own sewing unit to maintain quality control during processing.
QUALITY CONTROL
We have a team dedicated exclusively to monitor and control the entire production process to achieve the quality required for each order.
FINISHING
This step includes trimming, inspection, semi-pressing, pressing, tagging, packing, solid packing, ratio packing, mixed packing.
WEBSHOP CREATION
TheOneFashon offers you the possibility to have your own e-commerce, where you can manage all your sales and have total control of the whole process.
STORAGE
We have more than 10.000m2 of warehouse space at your disposal. All your production will be correctly sorted and stored.
PICK & PACK SERVICES
Our dedicated warehouse offers the service of receiving and organizing your products as well as packaging and preparing them for shipment to your customers.
